If you have received a damaged or incorrect product please call us within 48 hours at 979-830-1756 and we will have the correct item sent to you right away.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY: Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, with original tags attached in order to be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase. Sale, clearance, seasonal items, jewelry and lingerie are not allowed to be exchanged. Any merchandise that has been worn, washed, or have makeup on them from trying on will not be eligible for exchange or store credit and will be returned to you.
IN-STORE RETURN POLICY: Sassafras will be happy to accept merchandise in exchange for store credit or another item of same value within 14 days from the date of purchase.
